We all know that life can be difficult. Talking to a therapist about your life can be scary, and many people avoid seeking help because of this. I believe it is my job to offer a space for individuals to speak openly and comfortably. I believe in taking a holistic and person-centered approach, treating each person as a whole, including their mind, body, spirit, and emotions. I look forward to working together to find positive solutions to any struggle you may be facing.
I earned a Master's of Social Work degree from GVSU in 2016. My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and also crisis intervention. I enjoy learning new therapeutic techniques and using evidence-based research within my practice. Every individual is unique and deserves treatment that is centered around their own personal needs and goals.
